The General Manager is a lady I think named Savannah. Main thing is she runs it so brilliantly she should be a Corporate Officer for Holiday Inns. She solved any problem or inconvenience in an instant. Very sympathetic, very wise. The Hotel has two buildings, a first for me. We were in the second one. Later, I realized it was because all people with dogs were in that building, and she knew we would all not be bothered. Meals were unbelievably generous. A staff man ALWAYS offered to help if he noticed we needed an extra hand. Each lady at the main desk was equally welcoming. On the whole, I was totally blown away by the Inn. I've never seen such quality at what I thought would be just another "Motel." We had the feeling that the employees were delighted to work there. VERY unusual after two years of lockdowns. There was tons of parking, restaurants of all levels in the area. One last issue: with lots of people choosing NOT to work due to earning more to stay home, the staff we met was the opposite. They were delighted to have the job. At one point, I came outside to walk my dog, and a man was using a leaf blower (I hate that noise!). When he saw us, he turned it on low so it wouldn't scare my dog! Can you imagine that? We have stayed in the best hotels in the world: The Ahwahnee, The Cipriani, The Taj in India, you name it; we've been there. So, we have always loved hotels which stood out for service and beauty. This hotel's service is tops on that list.
