“Overall it was a pretty good stay. Let's start out with the bad...The pet fee. $20 per pet, non-refundable is ridiculous. If you're going to charge, just charge for one. I even asked if they could help me save a little by just charging for one, I've had other hotels do this and that small gesture goes a long way. Plus I would've given them an excellent review just for that alone. For some reason the room seemed damp. The carpet, the bed but I lived with it. I don't know what was going on there……

“Overall everything was good except check in. Clean hotel, specious room, very good breakfast and convenient location. I arrived already later than normal check in time however there was still no available room.”

“Not clean. The staff didn't believe I booked it online and wanted to charge me twice. Don’t stay here unless you are desperate.”

“It was a clean, comfortable stay. My sister and I booked separately. The front desk staff realized this and graciously changed my room to be close to hers without having to be asked.”

“Expected more amenities in the bathroom but was only robes no toothbrush or combs. I guess you gotta go downstairs and ask since not everyone brushes their teeth?”

“Staff was rude the bathroom had no shower curtain and no remote control for the television and the toilet seat was not screwed in properly and the room had no hairdryer or tissue in the dispenser box and they had no toilet paper roll support for the toilet paper roller. I will not stay there again and they should fix the pool in that place so making a place look like a dump.”

“My wife and I love the treehouse. It is a perfect place to getaway and relax. This was are third trip with many more planned. ”
