“I booked a room with 2 queen beds and a sofa. They gave us a room with 2 beds that were full size, and just a desk, and hard chair. They were supposed to have free breakfast. There was no food, only coffee. The room was musty smelling, and the bathroom had mold in the shower. This room cost $145”

“The front desk staff was very helpful when I could not find the hotel because Google Maps was leading me to the wrong location. She was also very helpful with getting us checked in. The only complaint I have was about an hour after we checked in one of the janitorial staff came beating on our door & was very pushy saying she needed to look around in our room for some misplaced keys. “Friendly and helpful front desk staff and housekeeping. 2nd booking in a few months while visiting Fort Moore.”

“I was extremely disappointed that choice hotels would allow one of their properties to be as dilapidated as this hotel was. The staff was outstanding and helpful, and I felt so bad for them. The carpets were black. The water was very unpredictable. While taking a shower, the water would go from scolding hot to freezing cold. “As a hotel, I can only say that its price matches its quality—it’s fairly average.”

“Staff was helpful. Not listed in the room descriptions are the fact that you cannot have any visitors to your room. It has not been updated in at least 10 years. Breakfast was poor. Dried white bread, plastic wrapped cinnamon rolls, cereal and white milk. It is a bare minimum motel. Pool had been destroyed years ago and fence left bent and overgrown grass. $88 for one night- rip off.”

“Excellent staff .. Upon checking in, the front desk associate gave me a brief history lesson of the property,. Room was spacious and well maintained. Just beautiful. Very peaceful and quiet.. I will be a repeat customer ❤️❤️❤️”
