“A decent place to stay the night when I was on the road, the price was right. Nothing fancy here and breakfast was cereal and Bagels with a Jimmie Dean egg and sausage biscuit.”

“This was a clean & unique property! The only thing was the surprise parking fee! Expedia didn't disclose this with the resort fee.”

“The staff were very helpful when we decided to change hotels but I was shocked that the room rate jumped more than $50 a night. Then we were charged $7 a day to park in THEIR lot. When booked I saw no mention of this additional fee. When I contacted customer service they did graciously reverse the charge. The facility itself was very nice. My only complaint was financial.”

“The room was clean and in good condition. The towels were super soft, and the bed was nice. Good outlet access and decent TV streaming options. The AC didn’t reach the sofa front room properly and tended to be much warmer than the room with the king bed. During the stay, there were several times the water was shut off without warning for maintenance and I had to call front desk to find out why. Lobby and hallways were always uncomfortably warm. Breakfast is bare bones - the cream cheese provided……

“Updated facility. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was amazing and a lot of parking.”

“We accidentally booked an ADA room the shower was only usable in a chair. They gladly switch our room the next day. Bed was verrry comfy and the room was cozy and updated. The pool was cooking but not too. Cocktails at the bars were pretty spendy but staff was friendly. Walking distance to cute shops and restaurants and to the aquarium and botanical garden. Would stay again.”

“No hot water. No coffee. No breakfast. Management didn't handle the issues at all. Things can go wrong but good customer service keeps it becoming a nightmare.”
