Once we got in our room there was no ice bucket, only one washcloth and it was sweltering. This was ok for us since it was way last minute, and it cooled rather quickly. The toilet also had issues with flushing, and on looking into the tank the flapper valve needs replacing. Other than that it wasn’t bad. ”

“Reserved two rooms for three days. One room had a bathtub that did not drain at all, only one hand towel and body towel. Second room had a toilet that did not flush, only one towel.
