“It’s alright tbh for a one night stay anything else is just a no. Look for something better. I opened the door to the room and there was a dead roach as the first thing to be greeted with lol.”

“Reserved two rooms for three days. One room had a bathtub that did not drain at all, only one hand towel and body towel. Second room had a toilet that did not flush, only one towel. Staff was not helpful, location was in the opposite side of San Antonio from where it was advertised to be. Staff was not helpful. Had to contact Expedia to get the remsinder of our stay refunded. We ended up moving to another hotel, much closer to where we wanted to be. (In the actual area where this hotel claimed……

“Property was not well maintained. Only one room in the suite had ac, good water pressure, but not for the shower. 1 mile from the gate for jbsa, convenient for basic training graduation. Denny's next door.”

“The facility is under construction, as I was told, so the pool was not working. But full points to the staff; they were very helpful because we did not have a microwave or fridge in our room, so they provided them and tried their very best to make us comfortable. But I guess it will not be possible during busy holidays. Major red flag....I saw ROACHES behind the fridge!!!!”

“The lady who checked me in was sweet. However it was difficult to hear her though the glass. She also wasn’t able to photocopy my ID so I had to wait over an hour to get my ID back. Once we got in our room there was no ice bucket, only one washcloth and it was sweltering. This was ok for us since it was way last minute, and it cooled rather quickly. The toilet also had issues with flushing, and on looking into the tank the flapper valve needs replacing. Other than that it wasn’t bad. ”
