I'm traveling back home from San Antonio to New York on March 30th ,2020. I would like to know if there are any changes?
The steward on my second flight, Ricardo maybe, was very concerned with my comfort and helpful.
It was a very easy and stress free flight
Nice and quick
The flight attendant was wonderful!
We had free TV/ movies
I am physically disabled and staff was enormously helpful in ensuring my safe transportation in the terminal and to and from the plane.
The only thing that was scary was the bouncy landing.
Staff was very robotic and bland. I realize it is day in day out. I do not mean they were rude in any way. I would definitely fly again as we had zero issues and all was smooth.😊
