“Very nice property in a great location close to the convention center with nearby stores. The area is quiet and safe. The place was very nicely maintained and well stocked. The host responded quickly to my questions. Would definitely book here again.”

“Convenient location in south end. Cumbersome checkin with requirement to get keys from a different building. Listing stated it slept 8 but reasonably 4-5 at most. Unfortunately there was not enough dishware and silverware for even 4 people. There was 1 fork. 2 coffee mugs. The coffee pot was a nespresso but no pods provided and not notified ahead of time that that was the case. The provided cookware was VERY limited making it difficult to cook in the kitchen. There was a dishwasher but no soap……

“We've been VRBO customers for more than 10 years. This is the by far the worst communication we've had with a host over that time. Marina, working under the Orchid group, downgraded the paid-for unit from a three- to a two-bedroom unit and relocated the rental from Cambridge to Seaport without any kind of notification. We realized the scam only when driving into Boston with the address given for check-in and pin from VRBO page being miles apart. When reached for explanation, Marina lied multiple……
