This hotel is beautiful. The location is great, many restaurants and connected to two high end malls. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We will stay there each time we visit Boston. Clean, comfortable beds, very nice staff.

Everything about this property is CLEAN. Even the garage. All staff was excellent and courteous. Great bar area. Connected to upscale mall/food. And minutes walking from all the backbay goodies.

This property was a surprise and a delight to stay the July 4 holiday at. Great views of the river and close to plenty of things to do in Boston. The shopping center was great and the easy walking to Marriott for more things to see and do.

This was second time we stayed at this hotel. We love the location. It is directly connected to Prudential Mall(building) so.. easy access to anywhere. If you land at Boston Logan airport, there is a bus to and from near, less than 5 min walking. Other thing we love was the clearness and 6 elevators they have....so the lobby is not as crowded as many hotels in NY. We never used but heard that they have decent size indoor pool too. We are definitely going back to this hotel whenever we go to Boston.

The staff was amazing! The room was great. The bar was expensive!!!!! We bought two drinks and it cost $54!!!!! The hotel is located next to the Pru where there is wonderful shopping and good restaurants.
