“Property was clean well cared for and comfortable. Facilities good. Lovely room and nice exterior. People were friendly. Only issue was late breakfast aon both days and WiFi cut out at midnight 1st August. Not sure the reason but left me stranded the next morning when I needed to order a car and book my ongoing journey using WiFi. It was not restored and I had to leave early.”

"We stayed for four days and three nights, and our experience was truly outstanding. From the flavorful meals to the sparkling clean pool, the well-maintained environment, and the reliable shuttle service—every detail was thoughtfully handled and exceeded expectations. The only aspect that could use improvement was the service attitude of the night shift front desk staff, who came across as less welcoming compared to the daytime team. A bit more warmth and attentiveness during the night would truly elevate the guest experience. Overall, this hotel is a fantastic choice for families visiting Universal Studios Hollywood. The facilities are family-friendly, the atmosphere is relaxed yet vibrant, and everything is conveniently located. Strongly recommended for a comfortable and enjoyable family getaway!"
