“It was just an overstay before island hopping, and I didn’t have much expectations. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. However the cleanliness of the room needs to be improved.”

“I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was extremely dirty upon arrival. The sheets had visible yellow stains, the floor had not been properly cleaned, and there was a strong cigarette smell throughout the room. The kitchen was also not functional — the stove wasn’t even connected, which was very inconvenient and misleading. The only positives were the great view and the convenient parking. Unfortunately, those were not enough to make up for the poor cleanliness and……

“The place is under renovation so I give them credit for trying”

“I found little insects crawling on my white bedding and bed and had to go and buy insect spray. Also the shower and shower floor was dirty as well. The receptionist was unfriendly so I wouldn't go back there. Very disappointed by the whole experience. Smugglers Cove is super clean with friendly staff. ”

“Nous avions réservé une chambre standard et ce fut un très mauvais choix, qui ne correspond pas aux photos sur le site.Ces chambres se trouvent dans une section désuète. Pas d’ascenseur, chambres petites, manque de peinture, moisissures à certains endroits, pas de prises de courant près du lit et salle de bain très minimale Nous avons payé pour résider dans l’autre section autour de la piscine . Chambre plus moderne, plus grande et meilleure salle de bain bien que la moisissure soit à……
