“Standard room, clean, carpet new enough that your bare feet didnt end up dirty. There should be a defector on the air conditioner. One sitting on the chair by the desk will get chili. Breakfast ok. Standard scrambled sauge patty sausage, bacon. Waffle maker No oat meal though Check in and out was efficient Overall hotel is fine except can't get past getting frozen put sitting in front of the desk”

“Working close by, anytime I work anywhere close to Norman this is the hotel I stay at. The job site was about 30 miles away and other hotels were available but Stone Hill is worth the drive. ”

“The guy named Paul at front desk was extremely rude and refused our check-in. We brought a service dog with license but he insisted that only ADA dog is allowed. There is no any related information on their page on Expedia. We took this dog with license to many hotels and flights but this is first time this happened to us. At last he yelled at us saying get out of here. Disaster experience ever.”

“Check in staff was ok nice but could learn to smile and be more friendly. The breakfast staff sat in corner on her phone we could not get her attention for anything had to literally walk up to her and say hey can we please get some help and she helped just was not friendly about it like we inconvienced her phone time will not stay there or with that hotel name again because you should always get a smile and made to feel good while on vacation not like you are inconviencing them”

“We always stay in this hotel when we visit family in Moore. It usually has construction/remodeling being done. There were some areas on first floor being remodeled. Our room was clean. I think the hotel may have new managers because the normal guest services workers were different. I miss the former workers. The breakfast on Sunday was awful. The only thing available was biscuits and gravy or waffles. We were in the lobby for breakfast by 830a. There should have been other options like bagel,……
