“The room was huge but the base around the tube was dark and dirty..I only stayed one night and moved to another hotel because of the miss leading information on line about the distance to get to Langston University for my nieces event. I was told I would get a refund by on agent and then told that they was responsible for the refund that Expedia was because we booked through a third party.. Now Expedia says it’s the Holiday Express was responsible for the my refund.. I am wondering where is my……

“The staff was the greatest part of my families trip! They made it more enjoyable. The breakfast was amazing too. The only bad thing was the pool! The water heater was not working! The pool was freezing cold!”

“The room was clean. Bedding was soft and comfortable. All amenities were in the room. Bottled water is available in the lobby. I arrived at breakfast late so I really can't comment on anything but the waffles. They were good and the lady did make me a plate of sausage patty, egg, and a biscuit but there is toast and cereal, yogurt available. This is a pet friendly hotel. Lots of dog poop in the grass. They should have maintenance clean up once a day because guests are not. We did bring our pet.……

“We have stayed here often while traveling to my sister’s place. The beds are comfy, water pressure is good, area is quiet, and the place is very clean and reasonably priced. The only thing about this stay was that breakfast was cold. We were there by 6:10am and expected things to be piping hot but were sad to have the hot items cold or lukewarm at best. Otherwise, everything was fine.”

“The bedside lamp didn’t work because there was no power from the outlet. A staff member came and brought another lamp, but that didn’t solve the problem since the outlet itself had no electricity. The issue was never fixed during our stay. Very disappointing service.”
