“This is a nice place to shut down. The cottage is in the neighborhood on a hill overlooking highway 69. You are close to the city (Sprouts, Sportsman and restaurants), but far enough from traffic. You are 15 minutes from downtown Prescott. It’s small, but that is nice. Perfect for two people and a dog. Well laid out. There is a small backyard to relax in. There is no fence around the backyard, it opens up to the natural landscape. It is clean and well maintained. It’s a drive up a steep gravel……
