The air conditioner was full of mold. There were tons of kids in the pool.jumping off the hot tub wall the parents didn't seem to care, they could had gotten seriously hurt. The kids made a mess in the hallways and elevators with water from the pools someone could slip and fall. The beds were comfortable.

In the first room toilet was broken. When heat was turned on it set off smoke alarm. Staff was very nice and updated us to a suite. Sheer curtains in both original room and suite room were worn out and torn.

The refrigerator in our room didn't work when we arrived, but the staff was nice enough to let us a use a different one. On the first morning, the hot water was running out. On the second, it was boiling hot. Beds were comfortable. It's okay if you know what to expect.

Hotel was very convenient for weekend at hockey rink. It is literally across the driveway. The hotel was fine but it was pricey considering the size of the rooms. Our outlet didn’t work and the lamps on the wall were broken. The air conditioner was extremely loud and rattled all night. But the staff were very friendly and the beds were comfy. Again, the location was extremely convenient but for the price, I expected a little bit better.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They provided clear information about the hotel and its amenities, including Wi-Fi access, and promptly assisted us in resolving an issue with our key card. Each evening, the common areas tended to be quite noisy, with children frequently running through the hallways. It was also common to see kids moving back and forth between the fitness center and pool area, leaving the floors wet and slippery, which made using either amenity less enjoyable. In our room, the bathroom sink drained very slowly due to a clog. The shower also dripped continuously, with the water striking the metal drain cover and creating a persistent noise. To make it more tolerable, we lifted the drain cover so the water would drip directly onto the porcelain surface and kept the bathroom door closed to help reduce the sound.

My family and I spent the weekend here, specifically for the pool and it was terrible. Hairballs all over the floor, loose hair floating in the pool. A bunch of trash at the bottom of the pool. The hallways smelt like weed even though it’s a smoke free facility. Kids were running wild through the halls at all hours of the night with no response from the staff. Breakfast was not edible at all. Would not recommend coming here, sleeping in your car would be better.

Convenient location. Mostly clean rooms. They didn't have bed covers, something to think about. Overall quiet place. Stayed with small children. They loved the pool. Plenty of kids swimming but everyone was respectful. For the budget, I would stay here again.
