“I've been traveling back and forth to Florida for 30 years and this is the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. When I was given a room it smelled like old fish and I asked to have it moved and I was granted that request the room that I was moved to also smelled like old fish. The staff was trying to be helpful but it's obvious this is the usual problem they they gave me packets of things that smell good and I was told to put it in the air conditioner. The problem was the air conditioner……

“The room was outdated and there was construction going on outside of our room first thing in the am. The windows were covered with plastic. And the pool was closed even though it was noted it was open and available to use. Thankfully the holiday Inn next door allowed the kids to swim there for a bit to blow off some pent up energy from the long travel. Beds were rock hard.”
