On our next visit we will ask for 3or 4th floor. 5th and6are convenient but too noisy when large groups are staying there especially when they check in late.

Wonderful place to stay, especially for the price. Loved the fresh popcorn and chips available every evening, and free coffee and pop available 24/7. My only negative is that there are no USB ports in the room, so bring your own outlet to USB device if you typically charge via USB cords.

The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. Lots of perks like snacks and happy hour drinks. Decent breakfast. Location was great for walking to some attractions like the Arch. Had some trouble with the door locks but they worked it out. Overall, a great stay!

Everyone we came into contact with gave excellent customer service. There were plenty of places to sit inside the hotel when we didn’t want to bother the people in our rooms while they were asleep. The hotel was in a very convenient area, so we were able to walk to most of our destinations. I highly recommend The Pear Tree Inn on Broadway.

This hotel is in a beautiful historic building. Our room didn't have a window to the outside which was a bit strange - but we had an easy access to the dining area instead. The evening snacks were a nice extra - popcorn, nachos, drinks. Breakfast was good. The area around the hotel is a bit dead at night but otherwise felt safe. The location was a short walk to the Gateway Arch, which was well worth visiting.
