"The hotel is a little dated. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel seemed forgotten as it was not busy at all. It is located in a great area of midland with great restaurants nearby. "

If you stay here, expect a tiny room, no amenities, almost no water pressure for showering or flushing the toilet. Very little room to move around. I had a room with 2 double beds and had no place to open up my suitcase. Wife did but not me. Double beds are not side by side. I was disappointed. The only good thing is that you can do your laundry for free. If you watch Landman, and you saw where some of the rig workers live, that is what you get here."
