“If we could have, we would have cancelled our rooms and found somewhere else to stay because the hotel rooms weren't as clean as they should have been the floors were dirty like they didn't vacuum good at all. One of our rooms the bed had purple stains on the covers I know they seen that when they made the beds. The outside was very horrifying because they had men sitting all around outside all hours of the day and night drinking looking very creepy to the point, I wouldn't let my kids go……

“The staff was not helpful when asked for any towels or keys not working. The carpets were extremely dirty. We were told the rooms were pet free and told only a certain floor was pet friendly. I have kids that are allergic to pet dander so this was important. Our floor also had dogs in rooms next door so that was false information. The pets had pooped and peed all over the carpets on the hallway. Breakfast items were limited- when asking staff for even coffee they were out of items within 30……
