“Good Hotel. Comfortable room and the location was nice, the room had a smart tv which my family always appreciates. The included breakfast items were a bit lackluster. We had yogurt and bagels.”

“I arrived earlier than expected and the assistant GM Mr Dexter was very accommodating with still getting me checked in and I so appreciate that so much. And at the end of my stay Ms Hailey helped me and she also was very helpful.”

“There was nobody there to guide us to where we were supposed to go. Fortunately, there was a staff there, it is a plastic surgeons building, that was able to contact somebody with the villa who gave us phone instructions on how to open the door and where actually the room was. They apologize and said the manager is usually on top of things, but apparently at this time there was a glitch. Things happen. “Why is there no elevator in a hotel? If there is no elevator guest should be asked if they wanted second floor with no elevator access.”

“I loved the front desk clerk Jessica ,she was very nice and helpful. The only problem i had with the property was they don't come clean your room daily or give out towels.You have to empty your own trash and ask for clean towels, but the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The tub was clogged when I got there but they sent a maintenance man the next morning to resolve the issue.”

“Room seemed to have mold on ceiling and a musty smell. Bugs found in bathroom. Bed disgustingly dirty (mattress pad and mattress) dust on lamps. Staff were great after having some perfume taken from our room while they emptied trash mid afternoon. We chose this hotel for convenience to a funeral we attended.”
