“Mike and Debs were super friendly and welcoming! The hut is clean and comfortable with phone chargers and heating. There are several properties on the same land including an RV and cottage. There are also 2 neighboring huts sharing the same campfire and bathroom, but it is not cluttered and there was no clashing with neighbors. If you’re from out of town, ask Mike for restaurant recommendations! Their dogs are also so sweet and make the cutest mascots!”

“The house was a good space for our 2 adults and 3 kids trip. We liked the house a lot and the fire pit area outside and the creek. The only disappointing thing was it did not seem very clean, lots of spider webs, some stains on the sheets that came out when we washed then upon our arrival and the grill was very gross we didn't even bother with it. The house does also sit next to a street that has a lot of work trucks during the day which are a bit loud, but seemed to be less busy by the evening.……

“Rented the house with a three-generation family group for a long weekend to attend a wedding in a nearby town. We all loved the house…plenty of historic charm with modern comforts in kitchen and bathrooms, and a gorgeous setting. We enjoyed sitting on the back porch to read, chat or drink coffee with the sound of the rushing creek in the background, and had fun playing horseshoes, pool, and exploring the creek. “Stayed with my children and parents for a three-day weekend—we really enjoyed our time at the Cabin. From the moment we were greeted by the owner's two dogs upon our arrival, we felt home. The cabin itself was beautifully decorated and clean—lots of cool knick knacks, including books and board games, to discover.
