“Everything was first class”

“Booked a valley castle room w king bed for one night in late Sep. Room was very clean with comfy n up to date decor. Room was big enough and soundproof quality was good. Big garden surrounded hotel n we took a pleasant walk the next day. Should have stayed for one or two nights so as to enjoy swimming pool and other facilities. The historical building was well maintained. Very pleasant stay ”

The bed was comfortable. The place was nicely decorated. We had a fabulous breakfast in the cafe. No complaints about anything. ”

“We had to stay at the Rock Inn last minute for a wedding after our airbnb fell through and it was so much better than our original plans. The staff was so helpful and kind, the food was amazing (we had dinner there, as well as the breakfast included with the room fee), and the old pub interiors were so cozy. The rooms could be considered a bit 'dated' but everything was in great condition and very clean so it added to the charm (not to mention the retro gin and whiskey dispenser decoration in……

“We stayed in the garden suite. It was lovely. My only criticism would be that one of the legs on the futon in the living room area was broken. Our Daughter said the bed in the smaller bedroom wasn't very comfortable so we used spare duvets and a blanket to make it more comfortable. The small garden area was ideal for our dogs to be able to give them some space to toilet etc. The food in the pub was very nice, my only criticism would be the lack of vegetarian options. Overall we enjoyed our stay.……
