"All was well with our room. Throughout the hotel very well kept and clean. Staff was helpful, friendly, and a joy to speak with. The only reason I gave three stars to the amenities was that the pool was out of order for our entire stay. It was something I was looking forward to for a simple evening relaxation. "The property was a good place to stay and in a great location. I felt safe and the room was always clean! The water pressure was pretty low, so it was difficult to shower. Overall, the bathroom was a bit run down. However, the front desk staff was absolutely amazing! There was a power outage on my day of checkout. She was so helpful in assisting me in getting my extremely heavy bags down three flights of stairs. I could not thank her enough! Without her help I would have not been able to do it on my own and would have been late for my first week of work. Thank you!!!"

"A wholly adequate, unremarkable hotel that is within walking distance of downtown. It's an older hotel that is well maintained but short on amenities. $15.00 to park in their lot. um...OK. Room was nice, clean & comfortable but wow, there were some noisy guests that night. On-site restaurant seemed closed during our stay which is fine but....odd. Would we stay again? Eh, I think we'll spend a few more bucks and get something a bit more accommodating and guest friendly."

"The staff was sooooooo nice from beginning to end. Breakfast was good. I wish there was a porridge or pre-made oatmeal available for my toddler otherwise we enjoyed the waffles. The hotel was clean, smelled good and was comfortable. Parking is super convenient and available"
