“I got a last-minute, last room on a Wednesday. The price was good for the location. Despite the (tacky) haunted mansion attraction across the street, and public restrooms located in their parking lot. This is an older, but clean, property that It is right on the boardwalk, steps away from the beach, and closer to the pier than the Neptune statue (but not far!). There is a small restaurant that serves expensive, for what it is worth bottled beer bar onsite. I did not eat at the restaurant……

“No breakfast.”

“Room was booked months in advance when I arrive to check in the wait time took forever and when I finally got to the room, I opened it and it had not even been clean from the last day then the representative said they were going to see if someone can clean it, which they said no one could, and then called the manager, who said they were all sold out, and there were no other rooms available at their other hotel either. I had to clean my entire room, stripped the bed wash the shower floors, sinks……

“Good staff, and the check‑in process was smooth. They should mention upfront the additional resort fee of about $16 at the time of booking for better transparency, instead of charging it during check‑in. The hotel rooms were nice and clean. Great location and an awesome view of the beach from the balcony! A few things to mention: one of the elevators wasn’t working (not sure why), so the wait times were long. There also weren’t many breakfast options. But overall, it was a nice stay — great……
