"First time at this hotel and had a wonderful experience, our suite was clean, spacious, location was perfect for shopping, dining, activities etc. I must say the reason I’m looking to book here again on our next trip is because of great customer service we received. We were exhausted from hours and hours of travel and as we entering the atmosphere just changed the mood . We were greeted and attended by a smiling , cheerful concierge, the aroma in the air was so cozy and the Christmas decor just put the icing on the cake . I loved it!!! "

"Air conditioning was very stable and constant. We were in a room very close to the elevator, this was the only passage way for other guests, yet we never heard anyone being disruptive throughout the day or night. the ice machine was right across our room and we never heard anyone else retrieving ice. the entire floor felt like it was emply. convenient location to a lot of food choices and shopping. "
