"No hot water and oven stove did not work till the third day of a week long stay. Maintenance is poor. Had to move to another hotel and they will not refund any portion of the prepaid costs. Do not recommend. "

"The staff at this facility is remarkable. Due to flight delays I had to check back in. Without transportation, they offered to shuttle me to the nearby shipping center for clean clothes. Afterwords they picked me up at a nearby restaurant. My new flight left at 4:30 am and they shuttled me to the airport at 3:15 am. I am so thankful for their kindness and consideration. This is the reason I stay at Home 2 Suites everywhere I travel. "
