“Clean rooms, great staff, but unfortunately the shower in my room was not a raised bathtub type shower and the slope for the flat bottom drainage did not work like it should (was even with the floor with no trim stop!). Halfway thru my shower I noticed that almost the entire bathroom had about an inch of water and flowed all the way into the front entrance hallway...almost to the carpet in the room! I had to use every towel in the room to soak up the water and stop further catastrophe. They……
