“This is a very unique property and I feel they really put in a lot of thought into the guest experience. Little things like a self checkout for snacks and other items to an ice machine with ice buckets before you get to the elevators. What we love about it, its location. Very close to the casinos, restaurants and shopping. The rooms themselves are spacious and they provide you with everything you may need. We have stayed at many properties in Lake Charles but this is our to go place from no on.……

“The room was clean and quiet. The staff were nice. I was annoyed we had to pay extra $20 for a microwave, so no place to heat up any left overs you have from restaurant. All the employees were nice and helpful. The Casino was clean and had a good selection of games. I was disappointed that I wasn’t able to play long. Machines just constantly took the money with no specials unless I outright paid for it. We would have stayed longer if we could win and loose and get to play instead of loose money……
