“Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was very disappointing. From the moment we walked into the room, there was a very strong animal odor, and the room did not feel clean or well maintained. Although we understood we were assigned to a pet-designated room, that should not mean the room smells overwhelmingly of animals. If anything, those rooms should be cleaned even more thoroughly to ensure guests are still comfortable.
