"This place was just what we needed! Area was decent and home was as well! Nice remodeled home. Quiet neighborhood. Accommodated everyone who was supposed to be there. Enough parking on and off the street. Kitchen had most of what we needed. Bathrooms were nice and clean . Would most definitely stay here again if need be! One of my better stays visiting my family here in Birmingham! Thanks a lot host was great as well. Easy check in and easy check out . "

"The link to the lease contract did not work and the access code provided did not work. I called customer care and was provided a new code. The grass was high and old leaves covered the porch front & back. This only thing historic about this home is the stench it has, even after air freshener it smells bad.The outlets in the front part of the home were not functional nor was the Wifi or the television because it's all plugged in the living room. "When comparing the listing to the physical house, the pictures in the listing seem to either be edited or very old. Decorations and furniture in the listing were missing. Multiple amenities were not available: table tennis only had one paddle and the table was broken, the hot tub was "converted" to a pool per the host, there was no coffee maker, hair dryer or soap besides dish soap.
