“We loved the quiet property. So relaxing and the train theme was great!!! While there was just the 2 of us, it would be a great place for a family, too!”

“This was a great place for our visit to Harpers Ferry. It was very spacious, secluded, and had all the amenities you would need. Highly recommend!”

“Great place for a relaxing stay. Having a 4x4 or AWD vehicle is highly recommended”

“We had a lovely stay and it was so nice for our dog as well. The Mountain Lake Cub had a doggy beach day on Saturday morning and it was a super fun experience. The host was friendly and responsive!”

“Peaceful retreat! Lovely home!”

“Very nice property. We very much enjoyed our stay. Deb and Alex were excellent hosts.”

“This is a lovely property — highly recommended. We spent a week in Harper’s Ferry with our daughter and her dog. The fenced yard gave the dog what she needed, but the “star of the show” is the house which was clean and well-equipped. The primary bedroom is spacious and bright, as is en-suite bathroom. The layout on the main level is wonderfully open, and worked well for family together gathering, but is also large enough to permit separate activities. There are plenty of pots and pans, dishes……

“This is a beautiful property that was perfect for our girls weekend trip. We had everything we needed for a fun and relaxing time in the evening. We went to nearby Hillsborough Winery then came back to enjoy the hot tub and fire ring on the deck with a breathtaking view. It was clean and exactly as described!”

“The property is very pleasant and well taken care of. The host is easy to communicate with and promptly responds to your questions. The beds are very comfortable and the hot tub is very spacious.”

“Pet friendly”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Shepherdstown property. The home was spacious, clean, and provided plenty of room to relax and unwind. Its location was excellent—close to Shepherdstown's charming downtown area, where we enjoyed exploring the local shops, restaurants, and historic character of the town. The property was also conveniently located near several historical sites and scenic walking trails, making it easy to enjoy the area's rich history and natural beauty. Harpers Ferry, Charles……

“Beautiful setting and a well and thoughtfully appointed home. An aside but helpful tip is that there are not any nearby convenience stores if you forget a little something, so come prepared. The space is comfortable and fun and the view is fantastic, the location is convenient for a lot of local attractions and activities, but we also would have been content to just hang at the house! A very relaxing vibe. We would definitely stay again, and would hopefully share with friends and family, the……

“Very clean Very convenient Very nice stay”

“Great time. In the mountains. Clean. Ease of communication. Would stay again”

“What a pleasure! Both the accommodations and our Host! The home was on a very quiet street within walking distance of town. Exceptionally well appointed and very updated (in fact it appears to be brand new). Communication was great, we had zero issues. We were overjoyed with the coffee set up (we’re big coffee lovers), more choices for brewing than you can imagine! We enjoyed sitting on the back porch watching deer and enjoying our coffee in the mornings. Very spacious and comfortable. Will……

“This was the perfect stay! Would definitely stay again sometime!”
