"This property needs a serious makeover. The furniture is very old, with some moisture issues. I had to remove 2 dead roaches near the entry area. The carpet has not been cleaned in a long while and really needs to be replaced. My refrigerator is quite old with signs of mildew. As a former Federal Government Building Inspector, I would close this place down and do a remodel ASAP. It also still smells of cigarette smoke. I was going to stay for 2 nights, but I've decided not to. Sorry for the lengthy report. R. K. Lanier - Room 313"

"For what we paid, it was a great hotel. It was clean and quiet. There was ample parking and the front desk was professional. Its not luxury but I didnt pay for luxury. Felt it was worth it and its near alot of things. Not walkable, but its drivable. Near other hotels. "
