“Came to the DC area to visit children and grandchildren transitioning back from overseas duty assignments. This was the perfect location for watching the grands while their parents managed moving into the new house etc. Great location, nice sized yard for outdoor play, Library 2 blocks away, and enough indoor for the kids to have their own play spaces and naps. Host were wonderful, clear, and prompt with communication. Would definitely stay here again!”

“Very clean home in a lovely, safe neighborhood with a neighborhood playground on the same street. Sidewalks on both sides of the street and a fenced yard, plus a supply of toys and children's books made this a great place to stay for children that have just endured the discomforts of travel. I appreciate that there was a decent supply of cutlery and table settings as it was truly a comfortable stay for a large family or group. ”

“We had a 12 day stay here and had to ask repeatedly for clean linens and trash disposal. Had we not asked, our room would not have been touched the entire 12 days, which is inexcusable. There was rarely anyone at the desk, nor did they answer the phone when we called from our room for housekeeping service. Staff was usually sitting in a back room near the front desk, but often didn't even bother to get up to speak with customers. Since our room was on the 3rd floor, we had to use the……

“We had such a great stay at Annapolis Retreat! The house is even better than it looks in the photos. We spent the majority of our time in the lower level family room with a gas fireplace, TV and many games (the ring game was our favorite!). The house was clean, well stocked and seems very much like someone’s home rather than just a rental. We will definitely be back! ”
