“Delightful rural cottage for a peaceful and relaxing stay. Excellent location for nature reserves. Nearest food shop, co-op, ConingsbyNearby Bubble car and air force museums. Really lovely and welcoming hosts. We highly recommend it.”

“Gina and Colin were very welcoming hosts. Lovely peace and quiet. Numerous birds in the grounds, tawny owl in the nearby tree at night and bats flying past. I visited four nature reserves in the vicinity, plus Boston town and Lincoln City. If you are lucky you might see a visiting badger.”

“Quirky cottage, absolutely everything you would need for a long stay. Parking is a bit tricky but Sue the owner provides information on where to park. Handy for the Spoons 😊😊”

“It was very comfortable and peaceful, which was just what I was after. Also, my hosts were very friendly and knowledgeable.”

“A lovely location with garden, wildlife and a full size snooker table! Easy parking and good access to interesting towns, villages and the coast.”

Set in beautiful gardens with a duck pond to the rear of the decked areas to the cottages (all private). Could have sat out for hours just enjoying the peace and location. Wonderful full size snooker table (have so much to learn!), darts board and books. Can't wait to……

“Amazing little getaway location. The cabin was equipped above and beyond. Beautiful surroundings and amazing walks you can go and explore. The owners were so thoughtful of every member of the family including the doggo. Couldn't recommend enough.”
