This however would not put us off staying again,we would just bring along our own pillows,and although the bed wasn’t very comfy,we could cope with this just for one night. "Easy to find, plenty of areas to park. Room allocated was large and bright, no lifts so be prepared to carry your bags up 2 flights of stairs. Staff were friendly and helpful. WiFi was patchy in areas especially restaurant where it was non-existent. Breakfast was lovely, evening meal was nothing special. Clearer, up to date information would be useful both for hotel and spa."
