“I was really looking forward to my stay at The Candlesticks. However as soon as I entered, I began to have my doubts. The bar area, where the owner received us, looked particularly shabby and it smelt musty. It was 3pm (an hour after checking-in should have started) and the room wasn't ready. “Toooooo hot in the room. No A/C available; only an old fan moving the hot air. Difficult to breathe. Very very little room, without table and chair to work (in my case) or to seat in a place different to the bed. I ask in reception to change my room; nothing else available. They took me a table and 1 chair, so I couldn't move in the room. Weak wi-fi line ”

“Quaint cottage right in the centre of Sleaford. It was an excellent location for me to attend my cousin's birthday party. Whilst near the town centre, it is tucked away in a lane and is very quiet and I slept soundly. Sue provided a few essentials to get you started. The cottage is very well equipped for making your own meals. Great for a long or short stay. A good variety of places to eat out and major supermarkets just minutes away. There's free parking at Church Lane nearby from 6pm until 8...
