"The property was perfect for our needs. All appliances were in working order. Within walking distance to all the amenities. Netflix. Good communications with the agents. A few broken slats on the bed and a blocked kitchen drain, but the drain was sorted after a few days and we managed to sort out the slats. Thank you. "

"Good points - very dog friendly, easily accessible shared garden area, comfy bed, powerful shower, excellent curry delivered from next door Niggles - large green light permanently on in the ceiling, flooded the whole room with a green glow that kept us awake. Very thin walls which are not great when the guests in the neighbouring room stay up until 2am, no ventilation (no window to open) so very stuffy even in December"

"All good except the front door step unsafe, the wind took one of the fence panels and the wheelie bins so couldn’t do rubbish and a man turned up to fix the taps but we refused entry as we had no notification or expectation of visit."

"2 disabled guests unable to gain access to the property. Access stairway too dangerous. Environment at the property and surrounds were extremely rough, too unsafe to stay. Both guests were too frightened to stay at such a rough location. Access was via a eternal metal staircase which was too dangerous for two severely disabled guests to access and use. "My wife and I booked the apartment as we needed somewhere to stay over the Christmas period because we were visiting and looking after an elderly relative. I had some concerns over the check-in process, as it was different to every other company I've used and, despite a direct message to the apartment owner, I received no response from them at all. "Wrong address on listing. No answer to phone number on listing. Garbage in apt not emptied. Oven dirty not cleaned. No information in apt for wifi and no information sent in emails. We had to open all cupboards to find router which had username and password on back. Only 50% of side lamps worked... bulbs dead. Black mold observed in many areas. No communication with manager, if we could give zero we would. Hopfully this review will prevent anyone from going through the same experience."
