"There’s a water leak because they like to fall in the cover to shatter when I hit the floor soaked to bed black mold in the one bathroom air conditioners that leak water that run down the hall I think just about every shower in the place leaks water all over the floor. There’s water damage in the game room only two microwaves in the whole place to be honest I think it’s overpriced by about 200-250 because of the shotty remodel that has been done, the floor is not level door frames aren’t level...

"We were very happy with the accommodations. We had two maintenance issues and they were both fixed very quickly. We like the fact that you could bring your own pet into the facility and that they had an area to walk your dog. The coffee in the break room was delicious. We would probably consider staying there again if we ever return to Logan."

"My stay was good. Which was recovered by the housekeeper who made things right. After my room being ignored for clean towels, garbage etc for 2 days of my stay. The housekeeper from first floor made things right. I will stay there again if I’m in the area again."

"For starters shawn is awesome. He accommodated Us in every way possible. He took the time to send us all different locations for the activities we wanted different things in the area just went far above and beyond investing time from his own personal life to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Even went is so far as to let us use his personal property to house our dirt bikes so that place for them. By far this is the most beautiful place I've ever rented on the internet. The way it is set up it feels like it's in a little Resort right off the road in the back of the mountains. If you're going to just relax and get away you don't even have to leave it's absolutely beautiful. I will say that if you're not going to either ride motorcycles or ATVs or just go to relax and get away there might not be much to do just because it is a small mining town so outside of those things there wasn't much for us to do but there are things like a grocery store and Walmart that are in close proximity which is pretty convenient. We are from Baltimore so it was a 7-hour trip but I can't really think of a better place to just relax and get away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The place is clean it's very well maintained I really don't have anything negative to say whatsoever. It was so nice in fact that when I got home my dog seemed to be depressed because she was so used to just laying around outside and running around the property LOL. Great experience. Thank you Shawn we will be back!"

"The HVAC system is under renovation and the rooms didn’t seem to cool off good. The pool was closed for maintenance for several days. Someone doesn’t automatically clean the room/change towels you have to request at the front desk."
