“The property grounds were overgrown, it took several rooms for us to get one where everything worked. In our room we stayed in, the toilet didn't flush. The staff told us they would fix it and never did. Front staff wasn't available most of the time. I can't believe a national hotel chain would put there name on it when the property was so run down. We wouldn't never stay here again and would recommend others do the same. I'm requesting a refund.”
