“This is not a home, so expect to provide your own basics, like salt & pepper, coffee filters, chopping knives, shower curtains, screwdriver for making repairs. Based on other reviews I was apprehensive about noise and parking. At all hours, we found nearby parking with no stress, and it's not an especially noisy community, nor did noise from neighbors especially stand out. Every person we encountered was polite and minded their own business. Lots of dog walkers. The host is another story……

“The check-in process for this place was less than ideal. I paid extra for early check-in at 1 PM instead of the usual 3 PM, yet when I arrived, I still hadn’t received the proper instructions. I sent a message but got no response, so I had to do some digging to find a phone number. After finally getting in touch with someone, they sent me the access codes to enter the building. Not the worst situation, but when you’re charged extra for a service that isn’t properly delivered, it’s……
