“We ordered one of the theme suites. Everything in there was broken The cold water not would not work in the jacuzzi tub all the light switches went to the same damn thing. When not stay there again”

“The staff seemed very nice, but the motel seemed rundown. There was no maid service until you checked out. The room did include a mini-refrigerator and a microwave. They provided a buffet breakfast, but did not readily replace the food and drink as it was used up. Often there was very little left by 8am. The pool water looked very dirty.”

“Our first room smelled like mold and mildew and was filthy. There was a red substance on the drawers and the walls. The bedding had stains and felt damp. I never complain, but did complain to the front desk. At first , he argued with me and told me his cleaning staff had been there for fifteen years. I explained , i'm allergic to molds and smelled it immediately , and that he could come see for himself. He did and smelled it also and they switched us to the room across the hall, which was……
