Teresa was great as the front desk staff member. Cleanliness and overall care of the rooms could be improved. The chair at the desk was very old and the bathrooms could use work.

That has been one the best that we have stayed in Grinnell. We are usually there for the MidWest Conference. We have stayed at others that show sign that they are not cared for but they the open them at conferences times.

Everything is good but the room is always cold in winter. A small heater is provided, it it’s noisy and you need to point it at the bed which makes the air you breathe all night very dry.
