“Our stay got off to a very poor start. We were assigned a room that had not been cleaned, with rubbish from the previous guests still scattered around. A cleaning staff member apologized and said a manager would come up to take us to the “correct” room, but no one came. We were later told to return to the lobby with our heavy luggage. When we finally met the manager, she claimed she had been waiting for us upstairs and showed little apology for the incident. The replacement room was on a low……

“Our room was very comfortable organized on the third floor you had access to more towels, more laundry detergent, etc. Walkable to anything and everything. Bonus steps away was a beautiful spa that you could book services and also free of charge an indoor pool steam room, and sauna and exercise room and when I say exercise, it was actually two rooms great machines, great kettle bells, and free weights.”

“Great location, close to Earl’s Court Station, with restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The free laundry facilities were also a nice bonus. The room was average in terms of cleanliness — not dirty, but not particularly spotless either. The staff were generally polite and helpful, but I didn’t really feel welcomed. The service felt more functional and transactional rather than warm and genuinely hospitable. One morning-shift staff member also came across as particularly serious and……
