The shower was a hot tub, shower combo that was extremely difficult for a 68 year old to get in and out of we had to request towels. They offered complimentary glass of wine to a couple checking in ahead of us although we finally got ours after reporting the above issues.They stated they couldn't give us a room change because they were booked yet the room next to the……
