“The breakfast options are very poor. The Italian shoppe… breakfast options were not very well thought out. Some of the options are served in paper plates, and the egg and toast dishes are served on a plastic tray… and you have to eat them with plastic ware… they break very frequently, getting plastic remains in your food. Toast wasn’t toast, it wasn’t even forcacia bread.. very dense and doughy. Simple coffee choices , weren’t so simple . Not a good value for the price that was paid . Just……

“The resort has surveillance cameras installed outside guest room doors that emit a bright flash at night. There are also cameras positioned overlooking the jacuzzi, pool, and rest areas. This setup was unexpected and made the environment feel uncomfortable, which affected our overall sense of privacy during the stay.”
