“The property was stunning with so many flowers and flowering trees and shrubs. The views of the ocean and mountains were breathtaking. The buildings were of solid construction and will last forever.
The inside of the condo was very nicely furnished, and we felt right at home immediately. The couches and chairs were quite comfortable! However, the air conditioning unit failed in the living room our first day there. The staff was very responsive and provided us with a temporary replacement……

“Location is wonderful, great beach access and having the Island Vibe restaurant on location was so nice. The grounds were beautiful and very well kept. Our biggest issue was with the air conditioner in our room. It leaked continuously on the carpet. It was soaking wet, smelled awful everytime we came into the room. It has obviously been an ongoing issue as there is a large stain there. I did let the host know, but nothing was really done. I’m not sure why the water line for the AC isn’t……

“The actual condo accommodation was a 10/10. Dealing with KBM management company was less than ideal and detracted from the experience. KBM sent innumerable emails and texts including a strict 11 AM check out which felt more like a "get out." The charged an additional $300/day "registration fee" that was never disclosed.
