"I loved that the check in process was easy! We requested a refrigerator and it was in our room before we got there. The upgrades to the room were beautiful! We had the option of using Valet Parking or using the parking garage that was just a short walk away. The only thing that was a little inconvenient was the channel guide for the tv. The channels didn’t match the channel guide we had in our room. Other than that…I still give our stay 5 stars across the board. "

Breakfast was tasty and had lots of variety. Would be nice if the pool was open later. Has most everything you'd need for a nights stay. "The room was nicely updated and very clean. Beds were comfortable (pillows were quite puffy, but I prefer pretty flat ones. not a huge deal though. Breakfast was very good and I enjoyed experiencing their auto-pancake making machine. My only real complaint is the parking garage was too low for our jeep, but there was ample street parking. "
"Love the aesthetics of this place. Feels like a historical property as it is. Elevators can barely fit three people but you can only do so much working within the restrictions of a historical site. Staff was top notch. Cozy room, clean and comfy accommodations at a decent price. Would stay again if I go back to Richmond. "
