My experience here felt just like being at home. The hotel is comfortable, business-friendly, and I absolutely loved the pillows! A special thank you to Franklin, the customer service representative, who went out of his way to accommodate us because I was traveling with my grandbaby. He made our first day a wonderful experience for her and showed that the staff truly cares. The breakfast host was also a total delight, helping us make homemade waffles—though I unfortunately can’t remember his name! Additionally, the hotel is located in a nice, tucked-away spot that feels private yet remains highly accessible.

Room was well maintained. Friendly staff (Alfredo) in the breakfast area which was also very clean. Some carpeting could be replaced but generally speaking, my stay was a pleasant experience.

When first arrived the smell of the hotel was delightful. We waited in line to check in and waited about 7 mins. Once we got to the desk the lady checked us in quickly. She was nice and very attentive. Once we got to the room it was clean and tidy. However,the bathroom tub was clogged and I reported it. Kishna was very accommodating and switched us to another room because matinence had leave for the day. The other room was just as nice clean and tidy. The air-conditioning was phenomenal. The morning breakfast was very good and the staff was very friendly. I would definitely stay and recommend to friends and family. Oh and I would stay here again as well!!

Clean & well maintained everywhere. Front desk rep was very friendly & helpful. Gave us good directions as to where to eat & where the rental car place was. Breakfast was great! Lots of choices as to what to eat. Overall a very nice experience.
