“We had a great stay! This is such a warm and welcoming place. Great communication from/with the host. This has everything you should need for your stay (stocked kitchen, lots of towels, sheets, blanks, basic toiletries). I loved the coffee and tea options. Clean and comfortable. We cannot wait to stay again. Close to 77, gas, and a decent food option. ”

“Very good - clean and efficient, but pool closed due to maintenance. But these things happen. The breakfast is the Holiday Inn/IHG standard. Serve yourself eggs, bacon, and sausage gravy with biscuits. First time I ever saw a pancake machine. I've seen make your own waffle griddles, but this was make your own pancakes. Yogurt, cereal, bread for toast, great cinnamon rolls, orange juice, and fabulous coffee. So all in all, a very good and well maintained Holiday Inn Express. If you have EV,……

“I can’t express how accommodating the staff was for me. I initially booked the serendipity cottage for one night, then decided I wanted 2 nights and they put me in the Birch unit as Serendipity was booked the additional night. Then my race got cancelled, they were so sweet to move my rsvp only to move it back bc I had another commitment that weekend, (I know I drove them crazy) bc I was driving myself crazy. Once we got there the heat was off of course but after 2 hrs it was still so cold. Tom……

“I have no complaints about this property. We needed a bed and a shower near the interstate during a road trip, and this was one of the most affordable places in the Elkin area. Friendly staff, clean room, a comfortable bed, and good water pressure in the shower. It’s not fancy, but it gets the job done.”
