“We were on the 3rd level. It would have been nice if there was an elevator, but we managed. Having a balcony that was right off the beach was awesome. I would highly recommend the Sea Vista Motel!”

“We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The south end of Topsail island is our favorite, due to less commercialization and a slower pace. It feels more like a little fishing village, which is what it used to be. The location of this house is outstanding, and watching the sunset over the sound was a highlight. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was quite well stocked with utensils if you want to take advantage and cook. This is a really great property for families. Also, the beach side……

“This is the best place to stay if you are older and have a dog. It is such an easy walk to the beach. The beach was not crowded.The house was well shaded, and the porch was excellent for sitting and reading.Its master suite was comfortable.The washer and dryer were a big plus.Will most likely stay there again.”
